Right of withdrawal

When you buy as a consumer from a professional seller on Colectin, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how.
Who has this right
It applies when you buy as a consumer (not for your business) from a professional seller. Professional sellers are marked on the item page and at checkout, where you are also told who pays the return shipping.
Purchases from private sellers do not carry this right. If something is wrong with an item from any seller, you can open a dispute from your order.
The 14 days
You have 14 days to tell us you want to withdraw. They count from the day you receive the item:
- Colectin shipping: from the day the carrier delivers the parcel. Items that travel in the same parcel count from that parcel's delivery.
- Meetup (hand over in person): from the day of the handover.
- Shipping arranged by the seller: from the day you confirm you received it or, if you do not confirm, 7 days after the seller marks it as shipped.
How to withdraw
Open the order and press "Withdraw from the purchase". You can give a reason, but you do not have to. Your request is dated the moment you send it, and that is the date that counts for the deadline.

Colectin checks your request within 2 business days and tells you how to send the item back. A request is only turned down when the purchase is not covered by this right, never because of your reason.
Sending the item back
Send the item back within 14 days of your request, the way that matches your order:
- Colectin shipping: get a prepaid Correos label from your order and drop the parcel off at Correos.
- Shipping arranged by the seller: send it with a tracked service and add the tracking number to your order.
- Meetup: hand it back to the seller in person.
You pay the return shipping, unless the seller has chosen to cover it (you are told on the item page and at checkout). If you use a Colectin label and the return shipping is yours, its cost is deducted from your refund. A meetup has no shipping cost.
Your refund
We refund all the payments you made for the item, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your request. We may wait until the item is back with the seller, or until you show you have sent it.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
Handle the item as you would in a shop. If it comes back used beyond what is needed to check what it is, its features and how it works, the loss in value can be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
The right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as an autograph dedicated to you at your request.
